Received the same letter confirming I will be charged £20 a month for the entire length of contract, delighted to have received the offer but I have now cancelled the contract and sent the phone back already.. lol going to try and ask them to not to cancel the contract and return the phone :smiley:

Just off phone with Three now. Had to call on Monday to do credit reference check, Tuesday delivered.

Asked on Monday if they could tell me how much it would be - no, that's something for customer service (which apparently they're not...)

I called through to cancel today after hearing this experience. Asked bloke how much it shows up at there end (didn't give any price myself), comes back saying 6 months half price then full price £48. Told him what it says on the email, which afterwards he claims that security have changed my contract to that due to an error on the website.

I decided not to believe him. I can't deal with the hassle or potential of £432 extra, so decided to cancel. Shame, would have been a good deal!

After multiple calls and emails I gave in and agreed to send the phone back. Not worth the hassle explaining the issue as they just keep saying "no only 6 months half price"

Phone customer services to find out whats going on as I fired an email which I got no response to, after an hour of discussion they just apologised for the error and are now sending me a prepaid envelop/bag to return the handset and cancel the contract.

They have now corrected the website to 6 mths half price and uswitch price has changed to reflect, if you don't want to pay the full price I suggest you return under the distance selling rules as they will not honour this, clearly a glitch.

Be careful how you proceed as it could affect your credit score as you have basically entered into a credit agreement.

I seen this yesterday and when I clicked through to order it does not show much info so spoke to three and they confirmed it was only the first 6 months on offer price then £40+ for following 18 months.

No need to go through USwitch, just go to 3 store > Mobile Phones > Apple iPhone 6s > Leave on defaults of Grey 16GB > Show more plans > Add to basket £24 plan. The screen shows standard monthly price of £24 each month.
Got to be a typo most other combinations show the 6 months half the price of the standard monthly price.

Folks seriously do not get a 16gb 6s, you will be out of memory every other day. I got a 64gn a few weeks ago, I have a moderate selection of apps and games, 1000 music tracks on there and I've been taking a few photos and videos including slo-mos, and I am already over 20gb of used space.

You can't actually get this deal. All looks good but you have to undergo a 'credit check' which you won't pass even if you're Bill Gates. Not quite sure why they've let it get this far but this really is the worst example of a reel 'em in scam... Avoid
