I've watched these DVDs many times over and lost no weight what so ever. I think they are trying to con you into moving about and doing silly squats in yogi pants. Ain't happening on my duty

Can I make copies of all of your private communications, house keys and home videos?
Of course piracy is a crime you muppet. I also pirate occasionally but I know full well what I am doing and don't try to justify it like some misguided anarchist teenager believing they are sticking it to the system.

Bullsh*t.
Every camp and unit has a range of PTIs who run through core aerobic and anaerobic activities combined with tabbing with weight.
But each PTI will also pick and choose their use of free weights and nautilus machines to supplement the core fitness activities.
The focus of the military on callisthenics and body weight exercises is so personnel have skills to maintain fitness in any environment.
But every gym/weight room in Iraq and Afghanistan was packed with service personnel including the Special Forces operators. The Danes were massive especially.

Maybe look at it this way, some have confidence issues around weight and would like to train behind closed doors, as the gym is a very big step to weight loss for them, so on that note I support these style of home DVD's and full respect and support those that wanted to loose weight but confidence gets in the way, pushing play can be incredibly hard some days!
To me it doesn't matter if you do one rep per round or ten at least your making the right choice and doing something about it, as long as you try to better yourself tomorrow.

? Not sure what you mean. Me personally, weigh train 4-5 times a week and box twice. However obviously to get physically fit, you certainly don't need to go to those extremes. What I spoke about was a very bare boned structure to get into shape without paying loads of dvds etc.

Have you considered that there might be a bit of a difference between staving off a heart attack for a few years and actually being properly fit?

Maybe, maybe not. But I called you a thief, which you are.
What do you do for work out of interest? And how would you feel if you weren't paid for a year's work?
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying im holier than thou. But boasting about doing it? That's a different matter.

11 Jun 161#44
ok I've never done weights and dont really understand the pull. in real world terms (I.e. not gains bro) does it yield better results than press ups and sit ups etc? I only ask cause from a military point of view they put no emphasis on weight training at all.
also, to stay on topic, love insanity but haven't paid for it but at £50 it may be worth supporting shaun T

Get an Xbox One with Kinect and then use Xbox Fitness. Camera tracks how well you exercise and although Insanity is on there as purchasable content, the best exercise routines are Mossa - Fight (cardio), Abs, Strength (weights) - all free of charge. Really does work if you keep at it!

Ah yes, these DVDs are now the number 1 reason I see so many knee problems in 20-45 yr olds during surgeries. Insanity and the P90 series, fast results usually means fast injuries. A considered exercise program should be longer term not a quick fix.

You reallly need to take advice on what excerises are are suitable for each individual before embarking on these kinds of routines. For example some one who is very overweight would best to go easy on excerises effecting the knees until they had lost some weight.

These guys are absolute bullies, they have teams of people scouring ebay for second hand copies. They buy these, report that they are fakes and get refunded by eBay leaving the seller out of pocket - completely immoral and unethical, all to shutdown the 2nd hand market for insanity

I'm agreeing with everyone here, I prefer T25 to insanity (max 30), but thats a really good price for it.
I started MAX30 after completing the beta of T25 and enjoyed it for a while. but it was like the difference to leisurely walk and sprinting a marathon. good fun though!
