Well as highlighted above it lessens the less you pay. Of course you can choose to pay nothing. However I wouldn't expect much*.

Not sure I see the issue, there is one game I want (grey goo), the other stuff I don't want is fairly irrelevant, I'll enter the grey goo key into steam and forget the rest, its not really going to cause me any distress.

Because the genuine good stuff is buried in a morass of useless garbage.

I like humble bundles. I like those games. I just don't have time to be sandbagged with a load of time consuming irrelevant junk.

Can they not be spent at the Amazon.com appstore? I've bought games from the US appstore because they are sometimes cheaper, and never had a problem.

A bit disappointing the only proper full game in the $1.00 bundle is Psychonauts, a 2005 game regularly trundled out in bargain basement deals and humble bundles, and Mountain, a game you can get for 99c on steam anytime.

It's obviously not everyone's cup of tea given its mixed reviews on Steam but I've gone for the top tier to get Life is Feudal because I've been wanting to get that for ages and this is about the cheapest I've seen it even before taking into account all the other stuff I've got with it. Apparently it's grindy but I like grindy and also now I've got Mountain which looks like a great game/screensaver.

It's purely subjective and obviously differs from person to person. It's a similar setup to the E3 ticket they do every year. For example the normally $8.99 a month Twitch Turbo 30-Day Subscription may be beneficial to some, especially during E3. And others may find Grey Goo attractive. I fully appreciate that it has nothing to offer to you as it will with many, but for others it may :smiley:

It is presumptuous, but lets be honest these are hardly AAA titles, many people will never have heard of these games

Surely a minimum $1 for keys is the opposite of Pay What You Want, no matter what the slogan says? Its dirt cheap but I rlly cant see anything of any value in tier 1

The majority of their bundles were Pay What You Want. It's as we've seen more uPlay and Steam focused bundles that the option of PWYW has died out. You'll find that the majority of Indie focused bundles carry a PWYW format as they also offer DRM free offerings.

Must pay $1 minimum to receive keys? Therefore is minimum 1 dollar unless you want just add ons to games you most likely don't have. Still, dirt cheap

Said no one ever. Not for me this one; especially considering the couple "big ticket" complete games in the bundle have pretty mediocre reviews.
