If you won't eat a protein bar that's a few years out of date you're never gonna make it. These are the same guys who won't touch a protein shake if it doesn't taste good. Probably don't run too hard because it burns their lungs. Or lift too hard because they're sore the day after.

Here you go mate. 20 boxes of 24 plus around another 100 bars loose. I already had the CNP bag, I can fit 18 boxes in there ahaha, weighs a damn ton (75g x 24 x 18 = 32.4kg). I've been eating a good 3-4 each day, not had any laxative issues. H&B cancelled two of my 30 bar orders, because apparently they ran out of short dated boxes. Not sure who had them all....

Mine just came June 2016 do'h, best get eating lol. I've only got 10 for me so should be gone soon, my mate doesn't even know I've got any for him yet, going to balance them on his head later at the gym whilst hes doing a bench press lol

Thats strange they are normally really good at H&B in regards to online orders. They must have them in stock because they are selling them again at the original price.

If they've taken your money they have to honour. If it was just a confirmation email they can say it was a mixup but soon as they take the money its game over for them and they'll have to send you the said item

Thanks op, just received my box of 30. They do come with a box which is nice and the best thing is they have a best before date of September 2016. Quidco tracked at £0.97 so 24p a bar is a steal! Should have ordered 528 bars myself lol.

I actually ordered 432 for myself, so that's 18 boxes of 24 I guess. Ordered another 96 bars for my mate, so that should be another 4 boxes. That's 75g per bar, 528 bars. That's almost 40kg of flapjacks. I am not joking. I'll take some pictures when they arrive, don't want to give order information away. I plan on having 3 bars per day for the next 8 weeks (bulking hard with test & tren, so high carb is fine). That leaves 264 bars... probably 1-2 per day for the foreseeable. Easier than porridge/oats in morning, or will take the place of rice for lunch.

Sugar would be fine for you, and plenty carbs. I do a little cardio not much as I'm naturally slim, but I'm not a sugar person or pop.
I think these bars are perfect for what they are, little light snacks on the go when you need something quick

It depends on your goals, for me on a harsh cut though less than a gram of sugar is good and total carbs less than 15g, preferably fibre.

Hi, i dont think the 150 points are added to your account until the end of the collecting period. They give out the vouchers every 3 months roughly i think and then youncan use the points towards things. Abit like the tesco clubcard thing. You wont have the 150 points to use instantly.

If you like artificially flavoured cherry bakewell you'll be fine. I ate a case of these a few years ago.
Some reviewers at the time said the batches can vary in taste a lot.
