Spotted today that Wilko's do 30 Loratadine tablets for £1.50, which is a slight improvement over the 14 tablets for 75p-79p that seems to be the standard this year. Not a load cheaper, but cheaper nevertheless. Online and in-store.

For 30 Loratadine tablets? I'd like to know where! Apart from Chemist Direct's (brief) free postage offer which meant that they worked out very cheap, I haven't seen a better deal on this. Cetrizine tablets are available cheaper, but not Loratadine.

That might have been the 14 pack?

There's called Wilko now, not Wilkinsons.

Is that officially their name now, I thought it was just for their website?

You can get 30 for 99p at B&M's.

Not Loratadine you can't. Someone said that on here before and I checked - they're Citrizine.

Nettle tea works better than anything I've tried

You might want to check this thread out if the deal is still live.
I have over a years supply sitting on my desk that I paid about £8.00 for (with free shipping).
The price may have changed slightly, but still, you won't find a better priced deal anywhere I don't think.
You just have to fill out a basic health survey (5 questions or so if I remember) and then you're sorted.
Mine came within days of ordering.

I get hayfever very bad, and only a combination of Beconase nasal spray, Opticrom aqueous eye drops and Loratadine tablets on prescription does the trick for me.
If I didn't take all those, I'd have itchy, runny eyes, a runny and congested nose, and constant sneezing fits.
About as useful to me as a one legged man in an **** kicking contest. Fexofenadine is the only thing that gets anywhere near for me but even then the last few days have been fairly bad for hayfever symptoms.

I suffer quite bad and have been put on Fexofenadine before, they've worked okay. I've found Beconase nasal spray to work best for me, ever tried that?

Both Loratadine and Cetirizine are classed as non-drowsy. Piriton on the other hand...

Even if the non-drowsy ones seem to make me sleepy but that's probably just placebo effect! I'd recommend taking them before bed each night to make sure.

Many of these all seem to come from the same maker, Galpharm, and all seem identical (same patent)

I've used several shops own brands and found they work really well, these ones however didn't work for me!

Yeah, it's the Cetrizine Hydrochloride tablets that are the ones that make you drowsy.

Hot. Works better for me this year than cetirizine which was OK in the past.
