Why is Harris selling his brush?

Might be a good brush, but they sell them attached to the end of long, wooden sticks nowadays. Much easier on the knees.

I was just thinking this afternoon, on being confronted by the news that my son has to dress up as a Roman tomorrow, 'I wonder of I can get a red bristle brush somewhere at short notice?' I cut up a pillowcase as a tunic thingy in the end but things could have been very different had I seen this deal six hours ago. Oh well!
