Depends what your error is, but if it's happening to multiple games in steam and not to programs I'd start here: http://windowsreport.com/engine-error-load-library-client-windows-10/
Particularly the service pack option, and check for windows updates from control panel instead of the updates app as I've seen issues where some updates don't appear in there despite needing installing...

Spartan Strike was US$0.10 on the Windows Store in November. (At the time, that was less than a quid, but that may no longer be the case... :wink:)
