If you have signed up before the best trick is to order two sizes of whatever you are ordering to make it past the min spend for free delivery then send the items back you don't need via free returns

I also done a second order with another 'newsletter' sign up email and the 25% off code off one item with free delivery worked for me on another "20 day invoice", dont know if it was because the first order gave me 10% off and free delivery instead of 25% but might be worth checking out, I dont have time to check if it works till this evening so just a heads up it might people :wink:

I logged in after not hearing anything for a few days, this was when I was surprised and I saw my items had been dispatched. (no email to tell me this)
If you click on your order you should have a 'track this parcel' link to myhermes.
