Sorry but maybe I'm missing something. Everyone knows there is one more series to come? Why pay £60+ now for an incomplete collection when the complete 1-7 series boxset will inevitably be released (and probably with more comprehensive extra features that are not available in this release) when the show ends. When a tv series is ongoing then fine but when the story is finite and has a beginning and will reach a conclusion (sort of like LOST but with a proper conclusion - hopefully) then why bother yet? you'll just have series 1 through 6 in one boxset and just series 7 in its own little collection to one side? Surely the point of a boxset is you have the whole story.

hmmm touche but because books on shelf can be mismatched. A single extra book in a different style doesn't look too out of place. Chances are the final book will be in a print run not too dissimilar to the others. But I guess the most significant reason is that my old deal was, from memory (but thanks for looking). only about £20. For that money I would put up with mid matches in any genre if I was collecting. But for £60 I would at least want everything the same and matching :stuck_out_tongue:

Not a bad price per season but pointless buying a boxset at this stage, when it's long been suspected and just confirmed that there aren't even two full seasons left but 15 episodes left. So in 2 years max there will be a complete series boxset.

Always comes out a few weeks before the new series as S5 only came out in March/April so unless they've changed it it won't be this year
I've held off buying this long, I'll likely wait till the full boxset when it ends. Although those steelbooks do look tempting... Heat though for this as it's a deal
