Was reading this magazine in the dentist waiting room the other week saw they'd be giving these away free good deal but probably only comes in one shade or if there are multiple shades the darkest won't be dark enough

Hi just wondered how you can tell the difference from the magazine cover as to which is supplied? I needed the blonde 02 one, my husband tried his best and just picked up one but it has the darkest shade 06 in it!?

normally you can have a gander at the packaging and try and look and it'll say - its always really small but should say somewhere! sometimes you have to play around with the plastic to actually see the item properly ( so much packaging, all the time!)

if anyone has the darker one by accident i will happily take it off your hands :smiley:

The number is on the top of the box of the product, just brought mind. If you angle it right and push the plastic packaging down over it you can just about make out the number

These are 1/3 of the original size which retails at £18.50 but still works out a good deal. Buying Elle, it'd cost you £12.30 for the same amount of product but the magazine's included so more like £8.20 plus the free brow wax.

Seemed that the smaller copies came with shade 2 and the larger with shade 6 but may have just been a coincidence.

Thanks OP, I managed to get the shade 2 blonde in Waitrose by pressing the wrapping against the top of the box inside and I could just make out the number 2. The weight is 0.11g compared to the full size product at 0.34g

the free wax is on the condition you purchase a wax 1st then your 2nd is free...it's on the back of the card.

Misleading they should state second wax free.

Yeh the 'free wax' is a con. The first wax will probably cost you double what it's worth anyway! Brow pencil is worth having for that price though

I got a wax but the girl didn't fill in my card, would I be able to fill it in and then go for my free one? Was only last week. She didn't fill it in as she said it wasn't allowed.
