If you shop in Tesco they always have clearance shelves and everything on them isn't at a clearance price, they do that all the time.

Eg. Pick pique polo shirt - shows red £15, sale price
pick teal colour - shows red £15, sale price
pick size XL - shows red £25, the full price
That's not clear, and on the sales rail in a shop would be considered misrepresentation.
But if don't agree, it's not a problem.

Their website sucks, error page when I try to check out. But still persisted and got there in the end. Decent quality stuff, their sizing and designs are hit and miss.

Is there an example where it doesn't say the price is 'from'?

It does say is "from £nn.nn" on those items that people are complaining about. Seems fair and transparent to me.

Maybe, but the issue is that it is listed with the sale items, and the price appears in red as if it is a sale price; but it is the standard price. If you go into a shop, they aren't allowed to display non-sale items with sale items in a way that suggests the price is reduce, when it isnt. Its a deliberate attempt to misrepresent.

They have always had selective colours on sales on certain items. It's the way their website is

No its a definite problem on some items, depends on the item and size combination maybe? Eg. Pick pique polo shirt, pick teal colour, pick size XL - price goes up to £25, the full price.

COLD COLD COLD - This is deliberately deceptive. Select a Polo shirt in sale price £15, select your colour ... then select size XL and it goes back to full price £25! But still displayed it in red, like the previously £15 sale price. That is bordering on sharp and dishonest practice, could easily catch someone out who wasn't paying 100% attention - and I suspect that is what it is designed to do. Was going to spend £50 on items before that happened too.

It is bigger sizing on the tops, I'm 6' 2" and can comfortably get in a slim fit S shirt.
Currently wearing a fat face M polo and that's a decent fit.
Trouser sizes are reasonably accurate.

Used to work here - back then the fit was awful, everything was cut really square so just looked baggy and awful - shirts specifically.
Materials were decent and they hold up well but as I said fit was awful - not worth the asking price.

I'm not bothering now as one tee I was looking at,some of the colours are £20.00 each and yet a review states they were on offer at 2 for £30.00 previously

Yes they are baggy, unlike Weird fish who shrunk all the sizes to save money so the XXL is more like L now.

Are the sizes quite roomy as last time I ordered size Large for OH and the tees are more like an XL ?
It's not free returns for sale items either unless they are returned to store.
