I like their jeans but online they never have any stock most of the time. Even when there's no sale, half the sizes in regular 32" leg are out of stock.

the only decent things I have ever brought are trousers and merino wool jumpers. t shirts cotton jumpers and pretty much everything else looks terrible after a few washes. some of the kids stuff is ok though

I tried and also got the technical difficulties message come up when trying to checkout. After almost an hour of refreshing and coming off the page and going back on I managed to get through the checkout for the prices to be higher than they were before as none of the promo codes worked. I think it was convenient that there were technical difficulties as I noticed some of the codes ended on 2nd July and I managed to get through at 11pm on the 2nd but as I said the codes didn't work.

Still good for jeans but even then quality has declined dramatically. I have gap jeans from 10 years ago that are still in good condition and a fair q few months old that gave holes already

Spent an hour this morning going through stuff. Built up a basket, but could not check out.
Now the automatic 20% not being taken off. Neither is the 30% extra working

We've been buying Gap for years as loyal customers and I have to say that I've just about given up with them. The menswear has become pathetically dull and poor in quality. Clothes fade badly after just a few washes and my son's Gap undies are all but threadbare after just a few washes too. I'm also getting sick of them spamming me every other day with different % off offers. Surely it's got to the point of who on earth would ever pay full price for their stuff!
Have to say that I've rediscovered Next. Better styling, choice, quality and value - even after taking into account Gap's never ending discounting on their over-inflated prices.
