I ordered this item some months back @ £80 but returned it as I just didn't like it and didn't even turn it on. I ended up buying a brevile but i have to say this is a good price.

Why would anyone spend £80.00 on a hand blender you could save £30.00 and get a blender and a hand blender 2 blenders for £50.00 as well as pocket a load of dosh

how did you know you didn't like it if you didn't turn it on? do you mean you didn't like the look of once you got it?

I had one a few years ago, it basically blew up just out of warranty, no parts offered just a discount that was still above online prices so I went to Kenwood. Never looked back.
When I took it apart to replace the blown resistor I realised how bad the build quality was. It blew up again within the week and went in the bin

I had a dualit stand mixer with 5 years warranty on the motor. The stand mixer packed up after 15 months. Fault reported to dualit who would not replace the motor as I had no receipt for the product.
Rather spend extra and purchase a Kenwood, Philips or Bosch.

Great - just ordered one. It's currently being price matched on John Lewis at £72

We got this, the motor blew up and the replacement goodwill cost was more than buying it new. Avoid

Basically what I had, cheap ass imported crap unlike the toasters that you can buy parts for. Use it for more than a minute and the heat cannot escape the plastic housing and things begin to degrade (based on me taking it apart). The bearing in the wand isn't a sealed one either so you are at the mercy of a rubber washer that doesn't last long.

Can this blender turn cold red top milk into yogurt type consistency? tried cheaper ones before. Used to have a 2000w wand that was amazing but they are expensive.
