If it were the original PC game maybe, but sadly it's an awful mobile game port.
You'd be better off spending your 99p on something from the McDonalds Saver Menu :man:

Yeah CMR is pretty terrible, it's like driving on ice. Easy achievements though if you're into that.

I hadn't realised Steam removed games you already own from these bundles so you don't have to buy them twice. Is that a new thing? I already had Dirt Rally from the £1.51 Amazon pricing error and it just let me buy the rest for £7.43.

It's only on some bundles. Most that I have seen still do the old rip off (buy twice) for existing copies. Hopefully, with time, it becomes the rule rather than the exception.
