Looks like cheap chipboard to me? I'd suggest getting something from ikea instead if you have one near you.

Reviews say its poor quality. Having built one of their chest of drawers I'd give it a miss.

Got this bed a while back as good if room less than 2m wide but gets a standard single mattress in.
Seems sturdy enough but nothing fancy.
E.g the edge bits that go around top to keep mattress on are not that well attached and in 2 pieces on each side which weren't same size so looks a bit bad where they meet in middle.

Bought this bed recently. It is rubbish. It had parts missing and doesn't go together at all.

voted hot tonnes of local stock also nr Darlington, can't work out if it's suitable as a holiday bed in once in a blue moon for an adult
