I wouldn't worry about it disappearing anytime soon it is owned by EA.
Also there is nothing wrong with Origin in my opinion , it work like Steam.
there are solutions out there to run games without origin , after the initial install.

Thanks for the reply - so I guess you cannot back up your games on an external hard drive? To play again in a few years time if origin store disappears?

2 Quick questions for anyone who has used the Origin store:
Do you always require the Origin Software installed?
Can you download the file on one PC and play on another?

What's Origins ToS regarding VPN purchases? The HK price for this is more expensive than GBP. Can I change my region to UK and purchase it that way?

you will be fine at just over 60fps but with FXAA and not MSAA8X because will half the fps, visually I must say I cannot see the difference(not even on my 43"4k tv) and if you use a small monitor that will be imperceptible. You can also experiment with cinematic resolutions like 2560x1080 or just anything you like (easy to setup with NVidia panel), that will also give you a better experience and a big help with the fps and obviously depends of the settings you use. Anyway, I am using 2xgtx970(stock) and a [email protected]

calculated that you need 3xgtx1080 to use all settings @ max and 4k to get just over 60fps

Well worth it at this price. I enjoyed this game; certainly not the best shooter around but a few memorable moments here and there. Also a good benchmarking tool as the graphics are insane lol

Well to do that a game has to be fun in the first place and Crysis just isn't.

The first one was a fantastic FPS experience and really set the benchmark for gameplay as well as graphics, but the story was crap. However given it's pretty much the real sequel to the original Far Cry that isn't much of a surprise as it was the same. 2 was ok, refined some of the gameplay, but it dropped the big open maps that made 1 such a pleasure to play. 3 basically went shooter on rails and ran with the worst of the story elements leaving it mostly just the graphics. But at this price its good value for money, and worth playing at least once.

one of the best graphically made games, not everybody like the MP even so I think it is fun. Cannot go wrong at this price. They could have included the Lost Island DLC for another pound as no one buys it because of the silly amount they are asking
