please don't pigeon hole women into a box assuming there capabilities in terms of strength..
I personally I can swing at least 16kgs for 30 second intervals / 25 reps...
I can back squat nearly 70kgs which is more than my own body weight.... I'm no body builder or fitness guru.
These weights are appropriate for anyone male or female starting out with certain moves eg thrusters or weighted squats etc.

Cheap prices for cast iron kettlebells, anyone used them before?
Actually, I can see how that might confuse people. I meant that site also has cheap cast iron weights in addition to these vinyl ones
