If you leave it on too long the auto turn on the bulb stops and when you touch it to start it, it falls off. Not even worth £1 imho.

mine stays on for hours without a problem. I think you might have a dodgy one.

it doesn't so much change colour as display multi coloured patterns on the floor. I use mine during the kids parties, quite happy with it for the £3 I paid for mine from FleaBay.
