I've always found the hut clothing cheap and thin material, which loses it's colours pretty quickly. You can get all the same cheap ringspun and crosshatch stuff in sports direct, so that tells you a lot about how cheap it is.

When I went through checkout there were various delivery options including free delivery, however it initially defaulted to £5 speedy delivery.

Cold Cold even colder because of Zavvi.
They still holding my £200 without any reason.
Zavvi confirmed receiving returned items (cloths) but refund never given.
No telephone number.
No proper email address, contact only through the website only.
Automatic reply always says that someone will contact me in 2-3 days - which never happens.
You can't even reply to emails from them - only through the website.
I'm going to use chargeback as this seems to be the only option right now.
It's safer to buy from aliexpress seller with no feedback than from Zavvi.
