That's very unlikely. I've bought 4 watches off them and not paid any duty. I'll also mention that delivery times are exceptionally quick.

I have just looked through your profile and as far as I can see you have never posted a watch deal, I suggest you look at my profile. I not only look at specs when I post watch deals I speak from experience, owning a lot of watches, 3 of them being Citizen and also a Citizen that the wife owns( among many more watch brands).
And no I'm not on commission.

Creation try to bypass this extra cost and plenty of people get their watches having just paid the Creation price alone but its always possible you could be caught out and have to pay the extra. For me and the watches I've looked at makes Creation a no go because if I get caught out I'd be paying a similar price by buying here in the UK, which I'd much prefer to do.

I bought a watch off them at Christmas and didn't pay duty.

Also bought watches from them and never paid Duty i think they sort that for you. This is a great price for what looks to be a great watch, OP you should of mentioned its also radio controlled so no having to sort time.

I've put most of the relevant specs in the op, including that it is radio controlled.

Sorry to disagree with you but it looks anything but but cheap and tacky. I own 3 Citizens, two on bracelets and both are very good quality.

Bracelet looks ok to me, it even looks like it has solid end links...
How is it cheap & tacky ?

Is that why Citizen Support are out of their mind with stress due to a 6 months back order for Faulty straps under warranty

I don't know if what you've posted is true/exaggerated, I would suggest you post a link. Citizen watches for quality and value are up there with the best.

Good deal and if you don't like the strap - change it!

44mm for a time/date only watch? And the white dial makes it look slightly larger. For people with smaller wrists this might be too big on them.
Citizen seem to be up there with the dinner plate sized watch fashion trend, along with the Casio edifice range (some of the casinos go above 50mm).
I'm having a hard time locating a decent 38/40mm radio controlled watch, with the perpetual calendar and sapphire crystal - just as a beater and also reference watch to set all my other mechanical/self-winding watches.

I didn't put the size in the op because I believe it to be wrong, not by much but I believe it to be 43mm.

You have to be careful with Japanese imports - that measurement will include the crown.
Might be more than you want to pay but Casio Oceanus s100 small and slim.

Bargain price for the features btw, if the watch fits alright on your wrist.

I typically go to a watch shop and try them on before I purchase online
I've currently got the skyhawk which measures 44mm and is by no means a dress watch. I don't wear it to the office as it contrasts too much with the other watches I wear which actually fit under my cuff.

Hot, own 3 Citizen watches amongst my collection, one radio controlled, never had an issue touch wood. Also used Creation Watches for a Seiko Monster watch and they were excellent. Like others I got away with paying any duties.

Also bought, looks amazing been looking for a atomic one without the massive amount of complex features you usually get.
At the bottom it states they don't pre pay import duty so above posters may have gotten lucky.

You would be seriously unlucky to pay taxes though I will admit it's possible. Even with taxes added this watch would still be fantastic bargain.

Creation Watches use a currency converter and they updated their exchange rates on Saturday night to reflect the weakness of the £.
Cold from me as all their watches were approx 10% cheaper prior to Saturday irrespective of a voucher code or not.
I'm sure this won't be the first deal that is now more expensive than it was due to brexit!

This watch is the cheapest of its type anywhere, its not gone up a penny and even if it had it would be irrelevant. This site has a section called Misc if you want to whinge about brexit.

All Creation Watch prices went up on Saturday.
Creation prices are linked to exchange rates because they are based in Singapore. Surprisingly they didn't update on Friday due to weakness of the £, but they did update all prices on Saturday afternoon/evening.
I'm sure this is a nice watch and very possibly still a good price, but it's cold, because it was approx 10% cheaper last week.
Not whinging about Brexit by the way, simply stating a fact that this price has changed for the worse due to the weakness of the £, caused by brexit.

But none of that, in itself, makes it cold.
Heat OP, although white dial not to my liking. I too have had no issue with Citizen straps/bracelets- perhaps Sharpharp buys the more cheaply designed Argos exclusives?

The bracelets are nasty on the Argos Eco Drive's.... i've seen them instore and they're horrible lightweight tinny straps with fold over end links.

It's still for sale but they have put the price up, code willl still work though bringing price to £149.40 still an exceptionally good price.
In post 27, enjoys999 commented that Creation watches had put the price of all their watches up 10% due to the weakening of the pound. In the case of this watch he was wrong, but I guess that it is what they have done now as I have never seen CW do this before.

See what you've done, bigbaz, you made me buy another watch (it was actually £147.60 so had come down a bit more)!
When I looked yesterday it said 'Sold Out' so maybe they've received more stock?
