I've had several pairs of cat shoes over the years, (both trainers and boots) and have always found them to be very true to size. I'm a woman and have worn both men's and woman's cat footwear over the years (whatever's cheapest in the sales, ha ha) and always find the sizing to be spot on. Hope that helps?
