Website says that the same offer is available in Basildon and a similarr deal will be available in Andover when it opens. Unfortunately, none of these are near me. Have some heat for finding.

I had mine done this morning. Cars breathing much better.
They make their money by telling you what else is needed on the car as they carry out the standard checks, but you're under no obligation to get any work done from them. You'll get a report at the end telling you what oil they used, what else they found and advised against.

Went for an MOT in the one in Warrington, pretty decent.

Iv used the Warrington one as well, I was impressed they did vagcom diagnostics for £45 so around half the price of a main dealer and also offered military discount and drivers club discount on big repairs (I had cam belt and water pump replaced)

No air or fuel filter change? Would have assumed they'd be done for that price.

I've been using in and out for the past 5 years now (nottingham) as a woman I can honestly say it's the only place I've never felt I've been taken advantage of/ripped off. service is always excellent, informative and no pressure, I have the service with my mot and after that they will replace bulbs for free if needed. thoroughly recommend

Only half price for the one down south, are they trying to tell us something?
£29 seems a bit of a jump for fully synthetic, extra £10 maybe but not £29....

Booked ours in, told there is a surcharge if they need to use fully synthetic. I suspect they will say we did need it so they can recoup the cost...
Anyone know how I can find out in advance if they would need to use fully synthetic oil for a 2002 nissan micra?
Offered some "deep clean engine sludge removal" something for an extra £30 - declined.
He popped back into waiting room and said air filter needed changing and would cost £18 - declined.
Why did I decline air filter? Quick glance into workshop through waiting room window and you'll see that it is full of green part boxes - Crossland for Eurocarparts so I looked it up. Will change the air filter myself for £7. Not sure about quality.
Service check report seemed accurate and reported known issues so I know it was done. Receipt states Castrol Magnatec oil (cannot verify this) and Crossland oil filter installed (not exactly a premium filter as advertised is it?). Service book stamped.
Overall, trial deal good for and oil and fileter change at £29. However you need your wits about you or you will pay much more.
Had I been paying full price(£99 + £29 = £128) I would have instead gone with a Ford Motorcraft Minor service for £125 including free Roadside assistance breakdown cover for a year, OEM parts and free car wash.
Facilities nice and clean free coffee and large windows allowing view into workshop.
Hope that helps someone.

Hmm anyone else used this service in Basildon. I want to try it out and can you actually see them do the work?
Opening post
Definitely free in Basildon and Leeds (Pudsey) locations but not sure of their other centres
Not posted this under freebies as there is a surcharge of £29 only if your car uses fully synthetic oil. They use Castrol oil
I just had mine done this morning. 7 litres of Castrol oil, filter and other top ups included in the xpress service for just £29.
