Personally wouldn't bother, its probably the worst COD ever released or at least that's how I feel about it.

Black ops 3s new expansion has dragons.... Proof that the franchise has being rinsed out.

Modern Warfare 3 was my last experience with Call of Duty (apart from one little go on Advanced Warfare that sealed the deal).

At £7.49 though, I'm tempted to pick this up just for the campaign.

Yeah seen it myself yesterday, kinda sad how they need the remaster to sell the newer game. Seems MS pulled out of the exclusivity deal at the right time. Looking forward to the remaster and still hopeful it'll be standalone at some point.

Really enjoy Ghosts, still good online games on TDM, Any decent prices on the season pass?

This Xbox One version is the one to get for current gen if you like solid gameplay but at 720p. PS4 1080p version still has frame rate issues. Basically it looks like the screen flickers every half a minute which is caused by too many frames rather than too little!

Best version of the game in my opinion. The PC port is horrendous and the PS4 version has stuttering issues.

Campaign is one of the better ones for me, enjoyed it greatly. I'm also a huge fan of extinction mode. Really disappointed that it isn't coming back for Infinite Warfare. Multiplayer for Ghosts was kind of poor for me, but it's worth it for the campaign and extinction mode.

Also for any achievement hunters, it's a pretty easy list. Some of the extinction ones require some teamwork, but the campaign ones are pretty easy overall. No multiplayer achievements as far as I remember, just some co-op extinction ones. Rest of all are singleplayer.

Agree, veteran on this isn't as difficult as the others, I think the hardest bit is the chopper on the 2nd/3rd level.

Mediocre game. Much better off getting Advanced Warfare used for cheap. Or better yet, Black Ops 2.

I enjoyed the campaign and extinction mode was great fun with friends working together to get through it. I think multiplayer was off which is was ruined it, wasn't bad but not great compared to previous releases, as others have said. It's sad that it got slated. I think what dried it up the most was the slow releases for map packs. But then again that happens all the time now. Saying advanced warfare is better... Seriously... that was the game I regretted most out of all games I've ever bought... Even now I'd turn down a free copy as it was that bad.

As for the remaster version, the thing is people have been crying out for it for years, they get a remaster, yes it comes with the new game, but cod being cod thought it would make people buy it, happened with medal of honour when they tried to sell the comeback game they made. Yes they're not releasing it on its own yet but I guarantee they will do.

Not sure why so many complain about Ghosts. I really enjoyed it and thought the campaign was more engaging than Advanced Warfare. However, I don't have a vast knowledge of CoD.

​Looked on the COD website, 360 pass had to be redeemed ages ago to be used when upgrading to Xbox One. Bought the ps3 hardened edition a while ago for £10, was well worth it. Guess I'll have to keep my eyes peeled!

Bought this game again recently and multiplayer is more rife with campers than ever. This game would be great online and has everything that people want, from boots on the ground to modern weapons. Just such a shame there are way too many camping spots. Story mode and Extinction are well worth it though at this price.
