Still works, just ordered, on LED Solar Security Light page scroll down to the "Special Offers and Product Promotions" which is about half way down below the "Sponsored Products Related To This Item" and above "Product Information". Click the "Add both to basket" button. Both appear in your basket at full price, but after clicking "proceed to Checkout" the discount is applied. Since the £1.99 light is an "add-on" product you'll need to spend another £18.01. Hope that helps.
