BT Mobile are currently doing their unlimited mins, unlimited SMS, 15GB fast 4G data, unlimited BT WiFi, BT Sport Lite deal for £16/month for BT customers (12 month contract).
They are also offering a £30 Amazon or iTunes voucher when you sign up.
TopCashback are offering £110 cashback on this tarriff.
This effectively makes it £4.34 a month, and BT are ALSO including a voucher for £50 off a phone.
BT use the EE network, seems like an excellent deal to me!
If you're NOT a current BT customer, the prices rises by a fiver a month, which is still decent.
Edit 1: Tethering included! (thanks magicmikethegrea)
Edit 2: You can set a monthly spend cap with this plan (important to me as it's for my daughter!)
Edit 3: See post below - the cashback for this deal may actually be at the £38.50 level.

Whats the grounds for refusal. Can you use a PAC code from EE to retain a number with BT who use the same networks?

Don't count on cash back mine was just denied by TCB

Because the 110 quid cashback quoted in the OP relates to contracts with a phone not SIM only. The true figure is 38.50 with TCB and 40 quid with Quidco. Plus the BT Amazon/itune 'sweetener' has been as much as 80 quid a matter of days ago (which is when I signed up) and, judging by previous form, will be up there again shortly. Now is NOT the time to buy if you want the very best deal.

WHY NOT?

Sounds great but being BT from my experience I know it's not going to be straight forward and somewhere along the line there will be a billing issue that will take so long to sort out that it will cause enough stress to take years off your life.

Sounds great because it simply isn't true! I fear for ppl signing up to this expecting 110 quid cashback cos is isn't going to happen.

The OP is incorrect, the cashback figure quoted is NOT for SIM Only!! This is NOT the best time to get this! The BT sweetener (Amazon or iTunes voucher) was 80 QUID plus 40 quid cashback when I went for this a week or so ago. Bide your time and strike whilst the best deal is available. BT Mobile's incentives go up and down more than a bride's night shirt...
I honestly think this is the first time I've ever voted down on here but this thread needs deleting immediately. COLD.

It's a shame they dont do a tariff with more GB, but I signed up for this regardless.
I had moved to giff gaff (o2 network) from Three which was an enormous mistake, 4g speeds were dismal in city centres and non existent (3g too) anywhere remotely rural, even motorways. Three were always fantastic but screwed me over so I left, so far I have found EE/BT to be really good with good fast coverage.

BT are doing some awesome SIM only deals. It's just a petty you need to take their awful broadband to get it. :disappointed:

I'm on the 20gb tariff. Mustve dropped it to 15gb. I'm only paying £16 a month for that at full price. Got £50tcb too. Don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon now it includes tethering!

I got ee to match this. £15.99 for 15gb unlimited texts and calls. Called 150 and chose option 4 thinking of leaving.

spent 1 hour 12 mins, waiting to ask them about my bill today for the sim I bought from here last month . shocking c/s, I'd stay with tesco who answer the phone straight away. nothing but trouble since if moved to bt and I'm an employee!!!

The cashback you have listed at £110 is for phone contracts with 15GB of data. If you look further down the page it lists a cashback for the 15GB SIMO which would be the sim you are talking about. The cashback for that is listed at 35.35 for me.

Great deal, I have just ordered it as I was looking for a new SIM on EE but am a BT customer. Worryingly TCB has just tracked this at the lower rate of £38.50. i Hope it is adjusted
