DO NOT BUY THIS!! Order the chair the other day, got a email saying it would be delivered the next day, did not come. Phoned the company up and was told they could not locate my address. Gave them the address again with more details and my mobile number to phone if there was any problems. The next day the chair once again was not delivered. Phoned them again and ask wtf happen and they told me the driver was given the extra information but did not read the info and they cant deliver the chair, told them to refund the order. Worst customer service i have ever had in my life.

I just received mine yesterday, assembled and ready to go. The leather is poor, its not really leather it the PU stuff but at £30 what can you expected. Sturdy build and there is a tilt function.
As stated before great for occasional use but defiantly not something I would order for an office where people have to sit on all day.
Also probably not great for a tall person either, im short so the headrest actually sits perfectly for me but i can imagine it being even more uncomfortable for a tall person.

I'm sure most people would remember and would be able to make a simple phone call. However, each to their own. I'd prefer not to buy a chair of unknown provenance - you'd never know what caused that sticky stain :stuck_out_tongue:

I'm sitting on this chair now and I strongly recommend against it. It's pretty bad for your posture unless you wedge a small cushion behind your lower back.
I get that you can't ask for much at this price point, but you're better off saving up for something that won't do your back in.

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in thinking I'll a) have completely forgotten I bough 'protection plus' in a years time, b) wouldn't want another one anyway after needing to claim on it and c) couldn't be bothered with the faff of arranging a replacement and return of / evidence of failure of the original.
Tbh an office chair is one of those things I'd far rather buy used. Check your local charity shop! Surely find something just as solid for a tenner or or way better for the same cash. You get to sit on it, and you get some idea how well it lasts

I've had this chair for 5 years now, nothing wrong with it. Though to assemble, I used my own better quality and much longer bolts with proper hexagonal heads on them as the cheap bolts they come with are poor (Do yourselves a favour and get some better bolts for a couple of quid at BandQ). I am 6 foot, it is adequately comfortable, plus a bed pillow works wonders. They also look far more expensive than £30. The PU leathers is fine, but it is fairly easy to cut e.g against a radiator.

I had mine when I was working during the day and contracting at night (programming) for almost two years, doing about 6-8 hours a night on it, so I'd consider myself a veteran of this chair.
Surface leather held up really well. I worked hot summer nights, so the leather chair gave me a rash. The combination of mega-sweat and low padding made me bung a soft pillow under my ass. Got a bit squeaky after a while 'cos I kept rocking on it. Arms aren't made of leather and got a bit frayed because I picked at it a bit.
Overall, I'd say it's great for an occasional chair for the price and it looks nice and it easy to assemble. It's nowhere near as good as my £80-100 fabric office chair, but probably better than a £30 Ikea chair. You can do worse for the money, certainly so voted hot.
Never once exploded through my abdomen.

had one of those for a few years now. Good for a few hours use a day. Would not recommend for full time office chair. Padding is a bit light. generally happy with a decent looking office chair for £30-£35 mark.

The padding looks real thin the thicker it is the better.
This would make a good occasional use chair wouldn't recommend for long periods.

I have this chair in my office, in cream, no complaints here & I use it for 8 hours a day.
Still going strong over 6 months later, no squeaks, no cracks. But then it gets cleaned regularly with alcohol gel.
Maybe it is keeping the PU supple or something.

I also bought this chair, at first I thought it was a bargain but then after a while all the leather split and it also got all squeeky. It did look really nice though.
I would say if you are just going for occasional use and want something that looks nice then go for it but if you want to use this every day, pay a bit more.

Had this chair for a while so I thought I'd comment. Although good for the price, it does crack and becomes really squeaky. I've since spent £200+ on a chair and worth every penny, I'll never buy a cheap chair again. I do use it all day though.

Seems to have pretty good reviews + is a model they have been selling for some time, in recent years at a higher price than now. It's probably not as good as a £100+ chair, but it's significantly cheaper.
