I bought the same bag the other week from Sports direct when it was on offer and would never buy it again, I needed it to carry a camera or 2 and quadcopter using the bungee system on the back for a few days and it did what I needed but if I was looking for a bag to walk/hike with then I wouldn't buy this. the padding on the back is just that, makes the bag more comfortable to carry and prevents the bag contents digging in to your back but it compresses and doesn't work for airflow resulting in a sweaty back. the carry strap at the top of the bag is very narrow so if you have weight in there don't even think about using the carrying strap. I have had Berghaus bags in the past and if it wasn't for the name on the bag I would not say it was a berghaus bag if you get what I mean.

You are right. This ''super'' Airflow system is just bit of foam-ish fitting, and if you load bit more it's just uselless. On other side, this bag is from better material then vango for a similar money. It's fairly waterproof (my bottle opened inside and I found it only on end of trip) it quiet durable too. One year of daily use and still looks good. But this is really town-ish bag. I prefer Freeflow rucksack for outdoor.
I do use that as well, pricehare you have to explicitly add a product. But I prefer to have all my tracking in one place and pricehare does any store, not just Amazon.

Great bag i think i picked this up when it was down to £19 which is the cheapest i have seen it. Normaly £28-30 and doesnt often come down below that.

oh look, this looks the same, different colour, but same. Plus sports direct did have a sale on ruck sacks a few weeks ago.
Given that the Amazon one has 30L written on it, and that one has 25L written on it, and that they both look different... probably not!
