They are very dark brown - I bought some of these at the start of this boost promo. They're okay for what I paid, but don't expect amazing quality. The backs are quite low too.

If you have a Tesco Clubcard and have been using it/swiping it each time you purchase from Tesco then the points received from those purchases accumulate and every 3 months you receive a statement which converts the points you've earned in to monetary credit that you can spend either in store or online. The current clubcard points earned for this statement can be doubled up (called Boost) which means if you have for example £5 worth of vouchers then they will be worth £10 on qualifying goods bought online (and some items also being available in store)

I ordered it based on the reviews and great price. No need to be snooty :wink: We all have our reasons based on situation (sometimes one doesn't need an expensive dining table, or it's a temporary piece of furniture), or simply tight budgetary restraints. Either way, it looks great value and well made based on the reviews.
All things being said though, you are right - nothing screams quality like "oak-effect finish with beautiful dark brown leather-effect upholstery" :smiley: lol
