Apologies if I've put the price wrong in the box but I don't know if it should be £32.95 or £22.95. The link takes you to the £32.95 price but with SAVE10 new customers get £10 off making it a bargain £22.95 for an air-con recharge and anti bacterial treatment for your car.
As I went through checkout it did say no codes could be used with the deal but SAVE10 worked perfectly.
Car air-con systems can get a little TLC before the summer with this one-hour recharge and anti-bacterial clean treatment. Technicians will first perform a pressure test, to detect leaks in the air-con system. If none are detected the service will go ahead and the air-con system will be recharged, meaning that drivers can stay cool when out on the road this summer. The service is available at over 265 ATS Euromaster locations nationwide. Plus, as an extra bonus, customers purchasing this air-con deal will also be able to use the same voucher to claim a one-off 15% discount against any purchase of brakes, batteries, exhausts, suspension or wipers at ATS Euromaster.

All went well. They even said if it leaks before they start the service they'll not use the voucher so it can be refunded. No leaks detected but only 320g of coolant in the system. After emptying thge system the machine put back 7cc of oil and 525g of coolant. I then went for a coconut flavour antibac (as did the person after me) and the cabin is now fresh and cool ! All in all a great experience, no attempt at upselling. They even said that they don't do repairs to aircon systems so not sure where the previous comment came from that they'd be attempting to sell all kinds of other stuff.
So I'm off tomorrow to see how they do. I just printed my stuff out and noticed that the T&C's for this are different to the regular T&C's stating no refund.
Quidco T&C here http://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/special-offers/groupon-terms-conditions state "A pressure test will be carried out prior to the Air-conditioning Recharge and Anti-bacterial treatment being carried out. If a leak in the air conditioning system is detected the recharge and treatment will not proceed." So if they don't perform the aircon recharge and anti bacterial treatment then they can't use the Groupon voucher and therefore providing it's within 14 days there should be no issue with getting a refund from Groupon under their 14 days right to cancel as it's an internet sale.
I did check their standard terms and conditions that DID state no refund but unless I am mistaken these have now disappeared from the site.
compared to their standard T&C's http://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/air-conditioning that state

Perfect at ATS Leyland today, air con all fixed on 2004 Golf. Hasn't worked for about 2 years and they said there was no gas left in it but no leaks. All cold and working again now and absolutely no upselling etc.. Smells clean after the anti bacterial treatment too. Good deal.

Just a word of caution; I used this offer previously and ATS massively overfilled my car. After the service it was virtually undriveable, the engine surging and the fan constantly switching on and off. A quick Google revealed these were symptoms on the A/C system being overfilled. Took it straight back to ATS who refused point blank to accept this, said it wasn't possible and came up with loads of other (costly) suggestions as to what was wrong with the engine. They would not retest the level, said there was no point. So I took it down the road to another garage who emptied the system and refilled it to the correct level, can't remember the exact amounts but it was a large overfill and could have blown up in their or my face at anytime. ATS investigated but never gave me an official result or apology. Groupon refunded my money. There is so many of these cheap A/C offers going around and training is obviously lacking.
immediately prior to this experience I also tried to book my A/C service at another more convenient branch of ATS, but they put the phone down on me as soon as I mentioned groupon and refused to answer when I rang back.
Not impressed...

We took ours into Launceston (Cornwall) this morning and it's icy cold now. It hasn't blown really cold air out in over a year and we just never got around to sorting it out. But with this hot weather I'm really glad we did. Excellent deal.

10 Jun 16#51
Generally if you can hear the air con clutch kick in and it works but it takes ages to get cold air out of the vents your gas level will be low.
If you leave it like that for a year or two you usually knacker something up.
I had mine done a few month back and it's been icy cold air coming out after 10 - 20 seconds.

@Laura...I checked their detailed T&Cs which are on their website. it mentions 2 specific clauses - first in case of leak they will not go ahead, and secondly they will not refund under any circumstances...
Laura Palmer
10 Jun 16#42
Errr no it doesn't say that. If they say there is a leak (and attempt to do repairs I feel are un-necessary) I will be insisting they refill it without a repair. If they refuse I'll be asking for my money back as they failed to perform against the contract.

Bacteria builds up in the lines if you don't run the system for approx 15 mins every week.Once this happens it needs a service to clean out the offending smells it produces .Eggy smells will be likely down to a catalytic converter not the air con .

I'm not sure what would be causing your eggy smells but if the cleansing advertised is any good it should get rid of it.
I've seen videos on the net where you use something like a steaming kettle to clean out the AC system - I've never tried it myself but I'm sure this offer would be a step in the right direction and if that wears off and the eggy smells come back, then try the steaming kettle method?

I've never used Groupon - can somebody confirm how this works?
As far as I can see, I use the link, apply the code and click on "buy", then register with Groupon and make the payment to them, they then email me a voucher to hand to ATS.
If that's right, I'm payingup front without knowing whether ATS will have a booking available at a time when I can get to them. Presumably I can't ring to book the car in until I've got the voucher.

I concur. My last car had issues with the air con. As soon as the temperatures soared, it cut out. It would kick in again once out cooled down a bit, then it finally gave up the ghost. £800 for a new unit meant it was time to trade it in.

Maybe maybe not... The car we bought 2 years ago has air con that didn't work, turned out it needed a new condensor... The pressure test should identify where the fault lies....
