Anyone else getting put off from items with heavily tattooed guys?

Not put off exactly, it's more the quality of the artwork. Maybe they got a bulk buy discount on models with really bad tats :man:
Anyway, thanks OP. Managed to wade through all the crap on ASOS, and got myself a cheap pair of Adidas Busenitz. Been looking for the black/gum for less than £50 for a little while now. £41? Thank you very much
Also got some of the Spezials for £48, but they might be a bit too similar....will see how they fit when they get here tomorrow.

Did they not get the return parcel? Can contact them after 10 days and they should refund you?

Happened to me once a year ago. Returned 4 items, confirmation email saying I've been refunded for 2 items. Sent an email to straight away and they replied back the following day apologising for only receiving confirmation for 2/4 items' refund, explaining that the other 2 have been refunded and I just haven't received an email. Surely enough that evening checked my bank account and the full total amount was refunded.
Don't know why they complicate it like that and why they don't refund the whole lot in one go.

Given how big they are now, there's always going to be some shortcomings. Plus people are more likely to moan than praise.
Paid on credit card anyway, so will just set them on ASOS if any funny business

Order as much as you can. I pack orders at ASOS and could use some overtime...

Never ordering from ASOS ever again. Used to order everything from them, then 3 seperate times in 3 seperate sales my order was "lost" so I never received what I had ordered and they just went "oh well". Took a week to receive my refund and a massive waste of my time. They weren't interested at all. Some of my friend's occasionally had an order delayed by a day and received a gift code- I never received such a thing.
Awful company, they've offloaded their customer service to India now as well and it takes a while to resolve anything.

As a counterpoint, I ordered last night at 10pm, and it turned up this morning via DPD.
I am surprised at how **** North Face stuff has become, ordered this hoodie, so will report back when i have tested their returns system.

My sister works in the customer service in HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HERTS, UK. They most definitely have NOT offloaded their customer service to India.

Trust me, I'm sure my order has you busy!
Asos sizing is always odd for me. I'm 5'7" but stocky, so either things are good for length but don't fit around chest/shoulders or vice versa
Anyone know what stock levels are like on Asos? I received an item but it doesn't fit and the size I want is OOS. Should I return for an exchange, or return for a refund and in the meantime order when/if the size is available?

They are looking into it, have the proof of postage, just an FYI that the days of ASOS turning around returns/queries in 48 hours are over.

Hope you don't mind OP, I have edited the title & op to add a code in that gives you an extra 10% off Sale items for 24hrs only, ends tomorrow at 8am, use BIGTHANKS10 at payment page.
I think it's great they are giving work to kids who have been in prison! So hard to find work once you've got a "crimes against fashion" offence on your record :smirk:

I have to say, ASOS's delivery and returns are great. But their service does seem to be slipping recently. My last refund was missing an item and I had to chase them for over a week for the remaining refund. Then my order earlier this week came with one missing item and one completely random dress that I hadn't ordered

Hope you don't mind ieame, just noticed the sale has gone to upto 70% off, so I have edited the title to reflect that & unexpired (not sure why it was), thanks again for sharing
Yes. Especially with their own-brand shoes. Received some UK 10s that were more like a 8-9, which is irritating.

There should really be something in the title to let people know this is an old deal that's resurfaced. Otherwise, you see a deal that went hot 3 hours ago and is at 500+ degrees and it looks like it a great deal. When it's not, it's like eating last nights leftovers.
Maybe put the word "RE-HEAT" in the deal title so we knows it's now on old deal that's been stuck in the microwave and revived? :smirk:
