Moron.
Fraud is no more acceptable than theft.
Charlie Wells are giving you 3 free beers (+ subsidizing 1 other beer!); take the freebie and be happy, defrauding them too is ridiculously shortsighted.

Absolutely.
I bought 2 x 4 for £5 ales separately a while back (3 bottles of Well's in each) and processed two claims (one for my wife). Both paid quickly.
Luckily also, the wife doesn't like ales.

I did this a month or so ago, £5 cash back dropped into my bank account when stated
The Charlie Wells ale isn't much to write home about but it was free

Same here on doing the same.
Beer review:
Would I pay the normal price for it? No. Was not bad but would have to be on a good offer in future to buy.
As for anyone who has not taken advantage of this offer: Are you mad? Free beer, buy it.

What cashback are you using?

It's a promo code not a cash back service

Codes on the Charles Well's bottles. You need three codes for a fiver.
This offer expires on Sunday so get any claims in quickly.

Which would lead to them getting complaints when someone does try those codes later trying to take up the offer and will simply stop them repeating the offer in future.
So a handful of annoying people would spoil it long term for everyone.

I just went up and got 8... one of my bottles didn't have the £5 code on it and didn't notice until I got back. If anyone has a spare they could send me I'd be grateful save me going up there to get one. Thanks.

Thanks, OP. Heat added, bought and claimed. Cheers!

If they've done their scenario planning properly, they can ask the genuine shopper to send a photo to confirm, then take whatever steps they choose in respect of the fraudulent application.

Lol no company is going to waste money having an employee going through passport scans and utility bills for this offer, they would just pull the offer and never repeat due to idiots as I said.

Agreed. You're right to lol, as that's a risible suggestion. Not that I made it, mind.
Asking a customer to send a photo of the neck label of the bottle, showing the code, though; how hard is that?
