Just £11.04 for 45 rolls if you use the subscribe and save service! (you need to order 5 items to get 15% off)
S&S for just the rolls brings the price down to £12.34
Even at £12.99 for prime members it is a good deal!

Hi think this is hot - tho I think OP should change the price to reflect the price you pay if buying this deal alone.
It isn't a deal if I have to buy 4 more things to achieve the £11.04 price.
I'll hold off on voting hot until the price is modified to £12.34

I could not get the GROCERY10 promo code to work when ordering these
I ordered 3 of the andrex and some chocolate to make it above £40 and it said the promotion could not be applied...
I even switched the chocolate for some other products from the grocery section to make sure it wasnt the chocolate that was causing the problem...
I guess its because it is the deal of the day so could not use two promotions together

Be careful buying this on subscribe and save. This is deal of the day and if the price rises before it ships (which it will) you will pay the prevailing price.
smashedhat
3 Jun 16#28
No, prices fluctuate a lot and often doesn't work out much cheaper than buying in bulk locally. You also need to manage the subscriptions carefully or end up inadvertently stockpiling things. I find that it's good for nappies which are substantially cheaper than in the shops but little else.
evlahos
3 Jun 16#29
i use subscribe and save a lot constantly switching items on your first order the price does not increase even if the item price does but it will on subsequent deliveries so i just cancel !
wiffles
3 Jun 162#30
does it work like that? i think that the first delivery of the item is set at the price at the time of ordering. it's only subsequent repeat deliveries in future months that will be a different price. but by then one will have cancelled the subscription to avoid being caught out by potential price rises.

Anyone know any subscribe and save items that are £1 each?
joker1212
3 Jun 16#36
really??
On mysupermarket its £4.46 for 12 rolls....so just under £9 for 24.
That is not true. The price advertised on the day you place the order is the price that you pay for your FIRST delivery. SUBSEQUENT deliveries will be at the prevailing price at the time. Amazon gives you plenty of warning when subsequent deliveries are due and give you the opportunity to review the prices and cancel if you are not happy. Otherwise take total control and cancel the subscription straight after the first delivery.
I've bought the stuff you posted and the face wash which equals £4.11 in total.
I've bought 3 packs of toilet roll meaning the extra discount from having 5+ active subscriptions is £1.30 a pack.
3 x £1.30 = £3.90
This means I've bought the 4 items for an extra 21p. Worth doing IMO if you happy paying the £12.34 and only got 5% discount.
aaronmcc
3 Jun 16#41
Well that's enough for a week...
1on4
3 Jun 16#42
That is absolutely incorrect. The price you sign up at won't change for your first delivery. However, if the price changes for SUBSEQUENT deliveries you pay the new amount. S&S isn't difficult to manage - Just cancel after you get the despatch email.

I would not hold your breath as I am not changing it at all, As you can see nobody else has an issue. It is available at the price i quoted if you use S&S for other items which many here do.
Finally before you mention your vote again, I could not care less. I posted this to help fellow members out, You vote is not going to effect that or me in the slightest.

HDUKBargainHunter

Branded items are "usually" far superior in quality. I have tried cheap toilet rolls and kitchen roll, It has always left me disappointed. Also you mentioned getting it in the weekly shop, But only ocado seem to stock it for delivery? We get online shops and have only used them once due to vouchers as they are insanely expensive.
Making a special trip to whatever supermarket does sell this would not be cost effective again, So not always that simple. I do not doubt you guys saying it is good paper but when it is not widely available like this one it is not something most of us would make a special trip for.
