Yep, for fifteen quid I thought they were great value. Good fit too. I notice they've gone up by a fiver now. Still a bargain.

Also impressed here. Also got a 'flex' pair which are so comfy you could do parkour in them.
Fits were fine. Slim straight and the waist and leg sizes were as expected.

12 oz denim is good for summer but not much else. The seat of the jean will get worn through quickly as the material won't be thick, but for £15 can't complain!

any idea if these are "raw" selvedge or just normal washed selvedge jeans?

Erm....selvedge is the name given to the stitched edge of material, and in jeans refers to the seam in the legs, often coloured/taped, that can be seen when you turn up the cuffs.
It used to be a sign of quality vintage Levis as sewing in selvedge tapes is more expensive and hence was stopped. But now it's back it seams (see what I did there!?) and in cheaper jeans too

Are the turn ups stitched in or have they just rolled them up in that picture?

From experience, these are not the best. In Canada and the US they are sold at this price (I. E. £15 = $30 CAD). Quality is ok but don't expect £75 jeans!

I ordered some stuff from American Eagle last time they had a sale and I was not impressed.
I am not sure if it was because they were left overs or what but 1 of my orders consisted of 2 jogging bottoms and a bag. 1 of the jogging bottoms was ripped from the pocket to the knee, the other had terrible stitching and the only thing that was okay was the bag.
Maybe I was unlucky but I wouldn't order from them again in a hurry.
