B grade shoe means that it may be ex display or have a small flaw that the retailer (Adidas) deems too bad to sell for retail in their ridiculously overpriced stores. Kinda like when you spend an extra pound for your perfect, round, shiny grade A apples, even tho the B ones look the same xD
