It works if you buy Gift cards from Xbox.com but not game purchases from Xbox live. Buy a gift card in the currency you want, then redeem the code they send you via email...

They're still down.
Buy rubles from the Xbox russia store (Xbox.com). You won't need a vpn but I used a revolut card. They'll send you the code via email or it'll be on the screen after purchasing. Then basically redeem the points on the Russian xbox live site (go to redeem codes in the English site, then change to Russian).

Anyone looking at buying from other countries bear in mind that revolut card doesn't work anymore to make non -uk purchases.

Interesting, thanks for the info.
I guess due to the limitation of 4 players to a session the game should be stable, well I hope anyway.
Wasn't interested in this before but tempted now, will have to buy the amazon version with dem skins tho

I've played a few hours of this on pc, well, ok, maybe more than a few (600+).
It has changed a lot from the early days & i still love playing it as the concept of craft, survive, hide & fight has always remained and the last few versions have been adding Quests & skills.
On the pc version you can create your own local server and invite a few friends or pay per month for a server & invite a lot of friends. The guild i'm in rented a server cos the lag on the 7th night crippled us all (about 5 players joining me on my pc hosting the game), so i'm intrigued how well this will perform on console.
The game can be played solo or with friends, but playing with friends is very, very funny. Youtube some vids to get an idea but try to get some made in the last 2 months or so as these will look more like the version thats coming to console. This is the only game when i've been in a group on mumble where we've all been whispering & hiding in corners to escape a 7th night horde
I see that Amazon are offering DLC skins pack with their one but its £27.99 there atm
"Pre-order 7 Days to Die on PS4 or Xbox One before the Release Date and you'll receive a promotional code to access five skins based on characters from Telltale's hit series The Walking Dead, including Michonne and Lee Everett."
BTW, if you do buy a copy & are just starting out in the game & you hear dogs barking.... run! No need to tell nearby team mates if they haven't heard the barking
EDIT: looks like bioth consoles have put a cap on the number of players you can have online
"Cooperate or Compete - Includes two player split screen mode, with support for up to 4 players online, in Player versus Player, co-op survival, or co-op creative modes"
Looks like i'll be sticking with PC version for now

It's like mine craft, procedurally generated worlds, multiplayer and single player are the same. However Telltale may have added something over the PC.
Opening post
£27.99 @ Amazon
£23.99 @ Base
