But Matty9815 was claiming he could easily find cards for 5gb per pound (ie £1.60 for an 8gb card).
I wanted to see if he had any evidence to back up that claim with smaller cards.

Obviously the price per GB goes down with larger cards.

​ Also, your comment hinted at the fact that you were disappointed that you had missed out on this deal, and not that you wanted low capacity cards. Hence why I pointed out that 5gb per pound is easily achievable. Obviously the higher the capacity, the bigger the saving, that is simple economics. The 32gb cards on this deal work out at almost the same price as your 8gb card (6.50 each) or you can go on mymemory and get 16gb cards for 5-6 quid quite easily. I am unaware of any benefit of paying more for lower capacity.
