iceland have started selling kids packs of pink lady apples for £1.50 for a pack of 10.
However they are also 2 for £2, meaning 20 Pink Lady apples for £2!!!
Granted they are a little smaller than regular pink ladies, but considering you can pay £2.50 for just 4 apples, this is a great deal. just have 2 if one isn't enough

these are the only apples I will eat, but pay £2 for 4 in Sainsburys. Like earlier poster said, the ones in Home Bargains are really nice too, think they are 4 for £1.

Wow £1/ apple. I will stay away from Gollywood. I buy the "kids apples" at Aldi and the children always ask for Pink Ladies but I refuse to pay 50p for a large pink lady which I know they will waste. Iceland here I come my fridge will now be an apple store!

Big five supermarket still won't learn and keep ripping off by selling these at £2/pack of 4. All they make is fuss about price match and lower prices everyday.
Won't be long before Aldi, Iceland will takeover majority share and there won't be 'big' anymore.
Super deal Iceland!

I'll be honest that years back I thought a pink lady was some silly woman who did a spot of sunbathing without cream on and went, well, erm pink! then discovered they were apples and just love em....delicious!

15 Gala for £1 is brilliant. Class 1 grown in Poland. The bag weighed over three and half pounds. Just shows how some supermarkets are taking the Mickey. At this price they are cheap enough to feed the blackbirds, who are always begging for a handout in my garden!

Bought the last 4 packs at my local today.
For anyone who cares though, my review:
These are probably 33-50% smaller than your "regular" ones, whatever regular means. The taste is just as good. The only downside is the skin seems a tad thicker than your usual Pink Lady's, making it more succulent and bitter to the bite and slightly less crisp.
These are from South Africa (perhaps why the skin is thicker), but I don't know where the "regular" ones we get at other supermarkets are normally imported from.
However, still decent price and heat from me.

Iceland Food Warehouse Avonmeads (Bristol) had boxes and boxes of them in their outdoor racks at this price.
They don't compare in terms of size and flavour to others (Tesco Organic are the best IMHO, but ££££) but this is still a great price.
