We managed to do 3 rides all day the park was packed and most expensive day of my life I spent a couple of hundred pounds just to stand in a Que all day and then when you get to the end and then a load come along that have paid extra so they don't have to Que so you have to wait longer. In my opinion park is a total rip off and my daughter had more fun BlackBerry picking the week before I will never go again. I did email and complain and they said we could have half price tickets but to be honest would not bother again . Maybe that is why they are doing promotions at the moment trip advisor had a lot of bad reviews last year.
Only good time to go is not in the school holidays which I can't do as my daughter is school age.

Damn just got 2 adult tickets with the sun for next month was hoping to buy a lego set from argos to get a free ticket for my boy looks like ill be just buying his ticket then.

I used two free adult tickets and still paid £138 for the 3 boys age 3,6&8 if you factor in you don't have to pay for anything g else it's not that bad. We did pay for food at the chicken place and it was a glorified kfc. Tbf it was approx £10 more than you would spend in a "normal" brach but you are paying a premium. Ice creams are expensive at any theme park or place to take children so again can't argue with paying a bit extra! The o ly shame is that the shop doesn't have any discount on the Lego sets :disappointed: I would definitely go again just to see the look on my boys faces again, the excitement for them was worth every penny we spent!

Of course I've of heard of supply and demand, you don't need to be a smart **** to work that one out Einstein. I had read on an internet forum (like this one) that the prices were a massive rip off, that's why I took my own lunch, snacks and drinks.

Yeah, and you know these snack bags of chocs, like the one below, which is currently 50p in Iceland, well those are on sale for £3.95 in Legoland

I thought the same, and in fact you can usually get better BOGOF tickets.

It is per person, but they allow a grown up to go on with a child - we usually get one and let the kids take turns using it

How much does q bot cost per person? Is it £20 each or £20 per group

We went last weekend, over 60 minutes wait time for each attraction :disappointed: make sure to get Q bot if you want to actually enjoy it.
We had 2 days at Legoland ( kids go free/2nd day free), stayed at novotel heathrow hotel ( lovely hotel, breakfast included & lots of attractions for kids !) and payed £180 for 4 of us, well worth !

They don't if you pay £4 for a locker. Win-win for them. If you do eat it outside you share a small piece of grass with all the smokers. They've lost my custom anyway.

I got conned into buying an adult ticket at the Trafford Centre, Manchester. My two boys had a "FREE" ticket each and the idea was they went in on their own (they are 12 and 13) No, under 16 have to be accompanied by an adult. Total con.

I always buy a Q Bot when I go - its a right laugh looking at the faces of the peasants waiting in the proper line as we breeze past!

Just pick your day carefully. Last time I went it should have been renamed QueueLand, and even for the displays on the water, people started taking up the best spots an hour before the start.

It would be OK if you go outside school holidays, so ideally when your kid's school has an INSET day so it's not at the same time as all the other schools.

this is not hot. buy some coco pops. avoid this place in the hols they have absolutely no limit on how many folk they let in to the point the place is bursting and as you can't get on the rides you can buy Lego sets at rrp from the shop. New death star looks cool though.

Went last weekend. The Q Bot fast track queue system is a wind-up. You queue for ages, and the fast track people, q bot buyers, or season ticket holders just breeze straight pass you so the line you are in hardly moves.

Just re read my comment and I mean kids go free with paying adults. Think kelloggs might be slightly better deal as you pay the child price £5 cheaper than adult and the adult goes free.

Its a free child ticket when purchasing an adult ticket and it can't be used with any other offer. Not as good as the vouchers on Kelloggs or Cadburys which can be used to get a free adult ticket.

Kids love legoland, but those damn boats which are the most boring ride has a queue that last s for ever!

Lego land is in my opinion very expensive so any kind of saving like this is hot !

I went 6 weeks ago and had pretty much the whole park to ourselves, the kids loved it. It was that quite the ride operators were asking us if we wanted to stay on the ride when it finished! Definitely got my monies worth. Brilliant.

Legoland Windsor was the most expensive day of my life, so this helps take the sting away a little.

You have to purchase 2 adult tickets for the 2 kids to go free.

Also adults go free with kelloggs cereal packs. Looks like the argos offer is on mixels packs at £1.49 so great offer.
