don't expect to have them pizzas with the same fillings and same quality as normal days.
back in the day we had an Italian pizza chef spitting on every pizza being made that day just because he had a row with the manager.

Well they are making no profit doing this so they could charge normal price and give all of it away for charity.

Maximum money for charity is £1000 then, but have to serve 1000 pizzas to 1000 customers to reach that. Guessing drinks will remain full price and their profit for the day will be made by selling two pence worth of cola syrup and carbonated water for £2.50 per glass.

Bearing in mind it's closed for the event so only if your one of the 1000 will you be there so not much scope to really draw in customers

Agreed, why not pay regular price and they donate the price (minus £1) to the charity. This would be £ per pizza raised for a good cause.
Besides raising awareness for this charity there doesn't seem to be a revenue generating opportunity made of it on face value.
