Same here, no reply to email but did receive £3 refund for the two missing. On the other hand the last order I did for 5 only 2 were sent and they charged me £4.50 for the two.

Sent them an email last week just after Rav4cas sent an email to them also and still haven't heard anything further from them. Just noticed that I have a refund back to my statement of £1.50. Clearly a £1 for the film and 50p for the postage yet I had no cancellations. Strange. At least they refunded me, but no correspondence of this.

Will send them an email. My despatch date was updated a week after I had received the others!

Give them an email once it hits 15 working days since dispatch. I believe that is what it said on their website if still awaiting on something. I'm still awaiting on one which said dispatched but still nothing.

Ordered another 5 last week, now despatched. But 3 of them cancelled leaving the two I added to make up the 5. I think its now time to stop ordering from them. Still waiting for the 2 from 3 weeks ago.

I got all of mine except 2 and they were all in great condition, just took an hour taking off all the stickers....

So I got a really scuffed copy of one DVD that I ordered. I put in a problem report and heard nothing (in fact forgot I heard nothing back because, well, busy). Today out of the blue a replacement copy :smiley:

8 of 10 arrived finally yesterday, although 2 were cancelled. :disappointed:

Had another batch this morning. Of the 15 ordered now received 13. Only two to go.....perhaps tomorrow?

Usually they sell just ex-rentals, even if the images on their site show Double/Triple Plays or UV copies they'll be rental versions.

Still awaiting on 1 more to arrive. Just opened the package I received today and it was full of 15 empty cases, and 9 I actually ordered. I guess it's okay if any of the cases are tatty. Just seems a little excessive and could have just sent them all together that way.

Have you checked the disc condition? I ordered some kids discs that were rental and they clearly hadn't been renovated and are quite scuffed and scratched. The replay discs at poundland are much better condition

got mine yesterday, all rental copies, im sure 1 or 2 when i ordered said double play and none are. came packaged in a box with about 8 empty dvd cases to pad out the space, handy for something i guess. only ordered some kids films so not too bothered that all rental copies, kids wont know difference.

No, it was delivered by the delivery company "UK Mail". I had to google them because I suddenly received a text telling me my package will be delivered between these times and couldn't think who they were. No warning prior which made it a bit of a pain.

In regards to my other packages I've receieved from them they've came with the normal mail with Royal Mail and the postman popping it through the door. It seems to be a mixed bag of how they've sent them. If it is 1 or 2 items, it seems to come via RM, if anything more it has came with UK Mail with a sudden tracking number.

Received a sudden text again this morning. Just depends how many more you're waiting on.

Received a bulk of mine as a package on Tuesday (was away, but got someone to take it in for me). They suddenly sent me a tracking number on the day of delivery with an hour slot with no warning twice with UK Mail which wasn't helpful. All seem to be in good condition, even for rental copies mostly.

Their postage rates are £2.50 for an order, but when you order 5 for £5 you'd be charged £2.50 for that order, so if you were unlucky enough to get 4 out of 5 items cancelled, they (as far as I know) would charge you £1 for the item and £2.50 for the postage. Do that make sense?

Ordered 30 and only 3 cancelled, so not bad for £28 :smiley:

log back in to your account and it will tell you against the order what has been claimed

they have charged £29 rather than £30 - I can live with that if they all work !

You should only be charged a £1 for each item, even if they cancel 4 out of the 5, the drawback is you'll get charged £2.50 postage for one item. I would have loved the free shipping code to have worked for me! Even though it worked out 50p an item I didn't want to spend £10 on shipping!

XV Marketplace also have one of the worst on-line stock controls, so things go OOS long before their system catches up!

yay, I have received a despatched email, strange though they have cancelled one as it is either not available or unsuitable yet they are still selling the bluray in question. It said they haven't charged for that one - I hope that means the other 4 of the 5 for £5 don't go to £3 each lol

Had two blu rays arrive yesterday and the DVDs all arrived today

Not terribly impressed... After all if I'd bought some DVDs from poundland the discs would have been renovated

I havent received any, but I am more hopeful now they are being received

update, have now received all 5 ordered discs.

Got one of my six items last week. Got the other five yesterday. Haven't opened them, but the boxes are as you'd expect - reasonable, with extra stickers on them. Can't argue for approx. a quid each.

Got the dispatch email today.

All bar one of the rest of mine arrived today - and got a dispatch mail this afternoon too. That last title? A Most Wanted Man... again, well played XV! :wink::smile:

Just had 4 out out 5 of them arrive - two blu rays in OK condition but with fingerprints, the DVDs I ordered are ex-rental and frankly it shows....

The 10 ordered on 26th May now shown as posted, have received 8 so far.
The 5 ordered on 27th May still processing.
Looks like we are getting them delivered before they change them from processing to posted.

Was going to post but looks like other people are having same problem ordered 10 movies over a week ago and only two have arrived today.

2 more just came through today. Both in the same envelope. Slow but steady. No communication from them as of yet, just says processing still but they seem to still be coming through. No money taken as of yet either. Presumably they will once they've updated the status. Fairly happy though.

Same for me , yet delivery says 2-5 days. No communication from seller either. Had the same last time I used this company and then only received 4 out of 5 discs

I do not use twitter, but I have ordered before when they had the 5 for £10 offer and they came within 5 days no problem.
A general email from them today shows what they have left in blurays. Says they are expecting more stock later next week.

If you are concerned, just give them a tweet if you have twitter. Seems like they get back quicker there. I've only received one up to now and ordered a fair amount. Looking at previous threads for this merchant, it seems like they are never too quick.

Still not received any of the 15 ordered last Thursday. No answers to emails I have sent them.
Don't hold out much hope of receiving now.

Wouldn't worry too much if I was you. Mine is showing the exact same, but it seems one of them has came through the post today that I had ordered on Thursday night. Still shows as processing and no money has came out as of yet. Most likely they have been sent or are in the process of being sent out.

My entire order was cancelled. What a load of rubbish. Won't be using this bunch of cowboys again.

Put a load of movies in the basket .. came out at 15 quid for 10, went looking for a game, added it and loads of the movies went up to 3 quid .... removed them, went looking .... loads more new titles added ,,, ended up with 15 movies for 16 quid 50. Bought those ... had another look ... most of the movies I got now gone ... looks like its in fits and starts and new stuff getting added periodically ...

Please check that they haven't over charged you the last time this offer was on, me and a few others were charged £150 for 5 blurrays we had to cancel the complete order and get a charge back the next month they charged myself £15 for no apparent reason they said it was a clerical error with there system I'm avoiding it this time round as it's not worth it.

Haven't got high hopes of receiving what I've ordered (last time I ordered from these guys I ordered five films and only received one, and vowed to never use them again - and that was when they were trading normally, as opposed to their current "liquidation") but at these prices it's worth a roll of the dice.
