Games on Gold have tended to be good (I wish you could pay for a previous year's subscription to get the prior games - but hopefully the best is yet to come). Top exclusives are the Halo games, Ori and the Blind Forest, Forza 6, Rare Replay and (perhaps their best asset) EA Access.

i got a forza bundle, brand new sealed inside the box. Just had a beaten up box, all for £197.

It has microsoft warranty until feb 2017 + 12 months warranty with amazon (they don't replace/repair so moneyback guarantee).

I bought an xbox one last week from tesco ebay outlet for same price , was refurb but arrived new and has 12 months warranty from them. the machine was untouched , the only thing it didnt come with was the mic but I wanted a better one anyway. would be a better options then buying this in my opinion

Yes and amazons satisfaction guarantee is that within 12 months faulty products will be refunded.

Also most products from amazon warehouse deals will have manufacturer warranty to some point.

I have a PS4 and am very tempted, but then I have maintained my Xbox Live membership and have obtained all the Xbox One Games With Gold, so when I get one I will have a whole mess of games to play straight away including Sunset Overdrive.

​I was in the same situation but decided to make the purchase. Graphically, is it definetley behind the PS4. That being said, it isn't that bad.
The Xbox exclusives are dirt cheap. I picked up Sunset Overdrive, Titanfall, Gears of War, Rare Reply and Halo 5 from CeX, all for £45ish.
One thing that is annoying is the install times. I put Halo into the console expecting to play sharpish but it ended up installing for 6 hours! It was worth the wait though, I'm loving it so far.
If I had to pick one however I'd go with the PS4

I bought a one in "acceptable" condition with a Kinect for £185 from Amazon Warehouse Deals - it was in mint condition despite the description stating the unit had scratches. It didn't come in its original box but all leads, controllers came with it
