You've posted a sale without any prices. Thats usually against the rules.
Copy and pasting from Major Nelson took "long enough"? Are you for real?
Some of these offers are attrocious as its based on the games base digital price - like one chap already pointed out, the South Park reduction is still close to physical - even in the sale.
Why dont you do what everyone else does and actually find a deal - then post it.
Or find a couple then offer a mass thread.
Who has time to click through? Nobody. Its a list of 145 games with no links.
But if someone wants to go to Major Nelson (where you painstakingly CTRL+C, CTRL+V'ed it from) and click on each link and wait for 145 page loads - then they can find out.
Pfft.
And im the one thats making "silly comments".
I say again. ROFL.

Not kicking up a fuss. I think I made a comment about a "Deal Thread" not having any prices - which *used* to be heavily frowned upon/against 'da rulz' - because its not a deal.
Yes, scrolling through the games is easy. Yes, opening a page too. But my comment was with reference the post not the subject matter.
Its okay now. Ive picked out the games I wanted and bought them.
If people are looking for the "Deals" then it looks like enough people have cherry picked the actual good prices and posted them in separate hot threads.

your more than welcome to post them yourself, it took long enough to copy and past this, all i posted it for is so people know whats on sale. i would have to get each price individually as the prices are in $, which would take a long time with how many games are on sale

You would only click 145 pages if you are interested in every single game, i was only interested in a few so i only clicked on the ones which were relevant to what I wanted, took me 5 mins to scroll through the list and find the prices, no idea why you are kicking up a fuss about
why dont you just post the deal with all the links etc and i will get this deal closed. also as i said before i only posted so all the deals are in one place for people

Unless they changed the licencing structure, the first time you downloaded the game it was available to everyone on that console, after that the owner needed to be signed in to play them :stuck_out_tongue:

Nobody has the right to act like a d1ck. (Or call people names).
But what you'll find is that posting a deal saying "80% off here" is not allowed - and used to be instantly removed.
I.e. "Sports Direct up to 70% Off".
Its not a deal. Because RRP is silly and 30% of it is still "High street" prices.
I posted the prices for anyone like me who doesnt really have the time to find the source of his post, load that page, then go through each game going "Oh, I fancy that"... "But im not paying £8 for it" etc etc.
If you historically check the Xbox Games for Gold posts - they will either cherry pick - or include prices. They go instantly white hot for a reason. Hence why this has simmered and nearly made it.
More pointing out that the standards and rules for when I joined (kindly pointed out in 2011) have just slipped away.
"Post an actual deal" - "No deal here" people would cry. I merely pointed out that there was no price and have been lampooned for it.
But alas, the people who wanted the games have now got the games they wanted. I think those of us gamewhores that like to pick up one or two a week to keep the pot cooking will always check SmartGlass on the Tuesday. Or MajorNelson like the OP did.

So much fuss about Red Dead Redemption coming to backwards compatibility as soon as possible. It was a good game on the 360 but it seems to be in higher demand on the xbox one. Strange. I'd like a remaster of Bioshock before RDR and I'd like Bioshock 2 with the Minervas Den DLC.

Sometime on the Xbox Marketplace you run into a good deal (Previously I bought State of Decay Year 1 - £10, Abe's Odyssey - £6.00, Sleeping Dogs: Def Edition - £6.00) but 9 times out of 10 you are just getting a percentage off an overly inflated price which amounts to being not really that good of a deal
Silhouette
26 May 161#61
Oh yes. Its like 75% Original FallOut (1) and 25% XCom with its 'planning to over watch' style of play.
I love it.
And yes. Overly inflated prices reduced to close to what they should be.
I will still never pay £55 for a Digital Game when you can buy a Physical Copy on release for £40.
Until they align to the Steam Model of pricing (where a sale price is a proper sale price) I dont think they'll see the digital market growth they want.
Dont get me wrong, I bought Battleborn/Overwatch for about £40ish each digitally - but thats £20 with game share.
But people buying £55 titles digitally for themselves. I just dont get it.
