The newest addition to the flagship WWE franchise will deliver authentic, high-powered and hard-hitting action, including fan-favourite features and new WWE Superstars, Divas and Legends, gameplay innovations, presentation updates and more.

2K Showcase: The franchise’s popular story-based mode returns in WWE 2K16, enabling players to relive iconic matches and moments in WWE history. Along the way, they will complete objectives to unlock legendary characters, entrance and ring gear, match types and unlockables.
WWE Universe: WWE 2K16 makes core improvements to stories, rivals and match card selections. In addition, for the first time, Superstars can be assigned to multiple shows, enabling players to have a broader experience.

i had 2k15 and it was poor. have they improved at all?

if you didn't like 2k15 then I doubt you'll feel any differently about 2k16. The PC version is also very buggy. I'm unable to complete the Steve Austin story mode as it keeps crashing out at the same place.

It happened to me too. The crash was fixed when I uninstalled my video driver and re installed an updated one from the website.
The game works perfectly for me since then (apart from crashes in create an entrance mode)
This game is a huge upgrade from 2k15. More matches, better online matching and lobby system, proper story mode and you can create your own shows, arenas with your own superstars.

Vastly improved core gameplay over the 2k15 edition, the editors are fleshed out a lot more and create a wrestler supports divas now to, loading times are about 300% faster than 2k15 too. Still not perfect, but still the best Wrestling game on PC. Think of it more as 2k15 with performance fixes and better rosta and better creation tools.
