This also seems to work with different stones together as I bought WICKES WHITE SPAR GRAVEL MAJOR BAG and WICKES BEACH PEBBLES MAJOR BAG for £8.99 and on the website it says "Of the same price Not available as a mix and match". So not sure if any that have the same value work (as mine did) or for all types. The staff also thought that you can only buy them in bulks of 2s with the same stones but convinced them to check.

Yes, probably ok if I distributed evenly, but not sure I'd want gravel all around the car. If I was going vaguely near a Wickes any time soon I'd get some at least...but it's a horrible trek from here when I'm at work through the day and I'd hate to go after work. You should be ok, 12x25kgs=300kgs=660lbs=47stone=3 slightly larger than average people in your car, i am of course assuming you have a normal sized car

Great deal but Wickes isn't near me and the delivery is coming in at £30, so it kills the deal for me. If it was near me I'd be going and getting it in batches. I'd need about 12 bags though and I think that's too much for the car.

Seems quite expensive even with the bogof for the Bulks. If you go to your local builders merchant u get free delivery on bulk bags and it's cheaper in the first place plus you get to support a local business

Yeah, 4 bulk bags of white spar for around £95 per bag - you'll find it hard to buy a bulk bag for less than £200 anywhere. Also their premium decking boards are BOGOF - two 4.8m lengths for £12.99 - £6.50 each is a bargain.

You can get a ton bag of basic 20mm gravel on ebay for £55, which will do for most gardens.
Unless you have a particular liking for a certain stone / colour of stone.
