Find it daft. Someone just came back with the shopping and they picked up this offer while over Waitrose. Made sure it was the items in the offer, and their system put it through as £11~ so, in the end, they put it through as a goodwill gesture for £6 even though the website states the offer.

It still worked for me just now

Ideally if you remember that member of staff when you next visit do please try to educate them so they can't mislead other customers in the future - the purpose of the deal is to encourage customers to buy more from them presumably!

eg Ask them to "ask their computer" or ask them to take 5 valid products to a till and see what that tills says, or as another poster has said take a handscanner round and see it reveal the truth too - though do it by next Tuesday to be sure.

WRONG - it IS definitely available to buy in store, just not promoted as such on SELs in the store.
I know this from first hand evidence - bought the offer 3 times, most recently 3 days ago!

(I'm not aware of ANY Waitrose offers that ONLY apply to Waitrose deliveries - other than cost of delivery codes, though a major constraint is that some Waitrose website products are NOT available to physically buy in your local store as it's too small to stock all offers and/or isn't in the 'seed stores' for new products - eg last month the Toblerone frozen dessert was in only 60 odd of their stores and NOT mine.)

it has a good chance of getting renewed, maybe not right away but from the history of the prices on mysupermarket, showing they ran it last year to for about 3 months and the year before that for the same time, it will more than likely be renewed around sept this year end in dec than come back in march to end in june next year, (ofc thats not 100% sure) tho as you say best to stock up, i know i plan to will maybe since my local is always sold out 90% of the time,

The offer has been running for a few months now, and isn't generally promoted on the Shelf Edge Labels so worth checking out online what you want to include in your 5 before digging in their freezers.

Realise the offer is due to end 07/06/2016 and as it's been running for a long time I guess it's anyone's guess as to whether the offer vanishes without trace or does get renewed. Safest to stock up with your favourites before then anyway.

Personally I find the 4x British chicken breast (58%) steaks SEL £2.30 - ie when reduced to £1.20 is 48% off tremendous value and a tasty addition to eg caesar salads; and the Profiteroles (42% whipping cream) aren't bad either.
