Looking for a new phone and I thought this works out quite good - wanting to go for an iPhone as had nothing but but bother with my previous LG G3 and Nokia Lumia 1020 phone.
iPhone 6s, 64Gb option on Vodafone, 2gb data, Unlimited mins/texts - advertised as £100 up front and £26 a month but use code 10TEN10 for extra ten pounds up front cost.
Possible £10 also from quidco though I didn't get a pay out on last phone when I used a discount code, worth a try though!
Total contract cost is £714

I have this deal from this SITE and there were no problems. Very good customer service and I would definitely deal with them again.

Oh, well their loss.
Vodafone call centre was a poor experience, got passed around several times and had difficulty understanding because of the accents. The talkmobile lady was superb and knowledgable, well spoken and so helpful, i had heard previously that 'tm' had poor sevvice, so perhaps they have put in some effort to redress that. Still waiting for LTE but hopeful it won't be long.

I think mobiles/vodafon have blackballed me, i tried to go for this but got rejected.!!
A week ago i got the LG G5 from them and returned it under distance selling 2days later.
Now they won't sell me or the missus one.
I have poor signal at home, and Voda being the best of the bunch, the G5 wouldn't even hold a call, it is the first phone i have had in years that has been so bad on low signal.
Tried a mates one too which was the same.
So its off to talkmobile and an P8 lite instead,.

Vodafone won't let you buy a contract for 3 months if you've already had one.

Agreed. Went back to them after 15 years thinking they'd have cleaned up their act and it was even worse. I will NEVER use Vodafone for the rest of my days on this planet. Aside from that, the deal is decent enough though.

I didn't want to go into detail but I know of people who have had marks put on their credit file needlessly. I have a woman who will not get a contract with them because the previous owner of the house had a bad history with vodafone from 9 years ago. I know a student who did not get an essential loan due to a mark because of vodafone and a couple who were refused their mortgage due to an outstanding issue from 2007. True story. Vodafone and everyone there needs to be paraded into the street and shot, and that's coming off lightly on what they deserve.

I had Vodaphone write to me around 5 year ago out of the blue regarding an unpaid bill I apparently had out standing from 1998!! They were correct in that was the last time I was a customer of there's however I didn't recall any outstanding balance when I left so I wrote a letter back to ask them could they explain and support there claim but I never heard anything back from them again.
Heat for the deal however I'll hold out for another operator to do a simular/better deal.

My wife went for the 16GB 6S earlier this month and it was definitely new. I've just plumped for the 3GB 64GB in SPACE GREYYYYY. Thanks OP.

Think very hard and do your research before going anywhere near Vodafone, if something goes wrong you can't speak to anyone who will/can help, just search for Vodafone and customer service/complaints, they're best avoided at all costs !!!!

Vodafone without doubt the worst mobile company for customer service .. Never again. But pale into comparison to the festering boil that is NPowers customer (lack)of service.
