Bought one of these after reading the Which recommendation. Good for crumbs on the floor around the baby's hi-chair. Cleaning worktops - usually after I've been grinding coffee beans. You get 13 minutes on full power. Only for small jobs and it's great fun catching spiders and flies.

Rubbish! Wife purchased and really not powerful enough to be used in the car. We returned our one back to Vax and got a refund

Battery powered vacuums are no good. My batterys died within 6 months, would rather get mains powered one.

its a pretty good handheld hoover. we have two. its good for general crumby and messy mud and things. dont expect it to get up anything stubborn. its handy for us with kids as the amount of random little bits that just appear on the hardwood floor drives me insane, these keep me together... wooosssaaaaaaaaaaah

No and no.
I have one and it's about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
