I was also thinking that Waitrose might offer a better deal, but there are a couple of problems.

1. The 3 for £10 offer expired on Tuesday 10 May.

2. The 1kg packs of Vanish available on Waitrose Picks are Vanish Oxi Action crystal white powder. That is to say, they are not the Gold version, so not directly comparable with the deal posted here.

For any of you out there with student discount or children with NUS cards, add this to your account. Student discount is also valid so your getting the 33% off + 5% subscribe and save + 5% student discount. Came to just over £3 each! I bought the colour gold, white gold and standard colour. It's a bargain!

The only thing that'll vanish is your money. First it was called ''Vanish'', with claims that it'll remove any stain like no mans business. And now, its called ''Vanish Gold'' which does exactly the same thing as the original ''Vanish''. Does this mean the original one was less inferior to the Gold version. IMO, when a product is first launched it is at it's best. Then over time they start watering it down and then bang, they release a new ''Gold'' version which is the same thing as the initial product. They'll soon start watering (not that they have already done it) this one down and then release a ''Diamond'' Version.
