Yes, I couldn't get it to accept my Visa card, despite having used it with them before... ended up managing to get it through on my debit card instead in the end.

Don't give up. The bundle still pops up on Amazing Spain and Amazon Germany every now and then for a few mins so if you're lucky you might be able to grab a copy.
It's crazy how valuable the Special Edition is right now.
