I think that is just a limiter that you set to stop yourself over spending :smiley:

That's quite a smart idea actually. So you put the lines on for them. They then use your numbers for them to use for their own line. So if your number wins then of course they will win too which means they can pay you out and keep the other win for themselves.

I know this is a longshot but did anyone take a screenshot of their basket when placing the order? My basket screwed up and ended up charging me the full price and their support want a screenshot of the offer before they'll consider refunding the difference.

To withdraw any winnings from your player account to your bank card linked with your player account you need to log on to your player account. Go to the' my transactions' tab and scroll down till you reach the 'pay out' section. Here will be your bank card details that you have used to credit your player account with and the amount you have won with Lottoland. You then have a choice of the amount you would like to withdraw.
Please be aware that the payment process for the winnings to credit your bank account takes 5-10 business working days which does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Might go treat myself to a Freddo since Amazon cancelled the bulk order.

You need to go to My Account > My Transactions and scroll slightly down to find "verify identity" then you need to upload photographic ID and utility bill to verify identity. I am guessing once verified you can withdraw onto payment method.
